Can I return the book?

The book is made to measure for a specific child, so both the digital and the printed version fall under the statutory exception to the right of withdrawal — it can't be returned without giving a reason. But if the book arrives damaged, badly printed or something else isn't right, we'll arrange a fix or a new book at our expense. Drop us a line — we handle complaints fairly and quickly.

The book arrived damaged or with a printing error. What now?

We're sorry — in your account, next to the book, click Complaint, attach a photo and describe the problem. We'll get back to you quickly and sort it out (a new copy or a refund, depending on the situation).

Question 3

The book won't load or the e-mail never arrived. Where can I find it?

Your book is always in your account under My books. E-mails sometimes end up in spam or promotions — have a look there. If the book won't load, try a different browser and, if need be, drop us a line.

Question 4

What if generating the book fails?

Accepted Answer

It happens only rarely, and the system usually sorts itself out — stuck generation is restarted automatically. If the book still isn't created, your payment is safe: drop us a line and we'll generate the book again.
