Question 1

Do you have gift vouchers?

Accepted Answer

Yes — if you'd rather not create the book yourself, give a gift voucher: for a digital book, with an audiobook, with a printed book, the royal one (everything together) or family bundles of 2–5 books at a discount. The gift voucher is valid for 365 days.

Question 2

How does the recipient use the gift voucher?

Accepted Answer

They receive a code (by e-mail or from you). They create the book exactly as they like — photo, story, style — and enter the code when ordering. The gift voucher covers the price; with a voucher that includes printing, only delivery is paid.

Question 3

When does the gift voucher arrive, and can I give it in person?

Accepted Answer

The code is e-mailed to you straight after payment. You can also have it sent directly to the recipient with a personal message — or print out the e-mail and hand over the gift in person. Scheduling delivery for a specific date isn't possible yet.

Question 4

Do I get anything for writing a review?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Write your review in your account, next to the printed book. For an approved review with a photo, you get a coupon for a free audiobook with your next book; for a review with a video, 50% off your next digital book. The coupon is valid for 6 months.
