Question 1

How do I sign in to my account?

Accepted Answer

Sign up with your e-mail and a password, or with one click through Google. You don't need an account to buy — but books created without signing in are linked to your account automatically once you sign up in the same browser.

Question 2

I've forgotten my password. What now?

Accepted Answer

On the sign-in page, click ‘Forgotten password’ — we'll e-mail you a link to set a new one.

Question 3

Where can I find all my books?

Accepted Answer

Once you're signed in, under My books — finished ones ready to read and edit, books in progress with a ‘Continue’ button. You'll also always get a link to your finished book by e-mail.

Question 4

What happens to the photo I upload?

Accepted Answer

We use your photo solely to create the illustrations for your book. It's kept in private storage (never publicly accessible); we don't share it and we don't use it to train AI. We'll delete it on request — details in our Privacy Policy.

Question 5

Can I order another copy of the same book?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In the print form, set the number of copies for the book. Each extra copy costs £18.99 and travels in the same parcel, so you don't pay for delivery again.

If you want to send it somewhere else, to Granny for example, order it as a separate print to her address. In that case, the full price and delivery apply.

Question 6

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

Accepted Answer

Use the link in the footer of any newsletter, or the Unsubscribe from newsletter page. Transactional e-mails (finished book, parcel) will still come through.
